摘　　要：根据负折射指数物质概念和负折射指数物质研究的最新进展,提出金属谐振环、光子晶体、和电感电容集总元件等负折射指数结构。依据归纳法并结合作者的工作提出了开展此项研究在理想透镜天线、相移器、平衡器、耦合器等应用。发现其在军事、通讯上可能应用,以及开辟新科学制造新器件的发展方向。Based on the conceptions of negative refractive index metamaterials and recent advances in metamaterials research, some negative refractive index structure were given, such as split ring resonator （SRR） ,photonic crystals and distributed L-C networks. According to induction and the work of authors, the potential applications in perfect lens antenna, phase-shifting line, balancer and coupler were given. The possible uses in military equipment , communication of metamaterials were found. The developing direction of new science and making new devices were pointed out.
