摘　　要：基于时基竞争(TBC)的集群供应链系统的本质在于其流程的柔性,就集群供应链系统流程柔性化机制进行了研究,分析了流程柔性化的内涵及其战略孵化器,提出了流程柔性化需要重新评估供应链的流程,调整流程战略,重构流程结构,变革流程运作的观点。最后以此为基础,给出了增强集群供应链系统流程柔性的方法。Flexibility of process is essential to cluster supply chain system based on Time-Based Competition. The flexibility mechanism of process in cluster supply chain is studied, and then the connotation of process flexibility and its strategy hatcher are analyzed. The viewpoint that process flexibility requires re-evaluate process in supply chain, adjust process strategies, re-design process framework and reform process operation is put forward. Some methods are given to improve flexibility of process in cluster supply chain systems based on the above requirements.
