摘　　要：电子化物流是物流发展的新模式,昭示着现代物流发展新阶段的开始。从分析国际、国内对“物流”的新定义入手,提出了“电子化物流”的定义与特点,探讨了电子化物流服务的3种模式,从4个方面分析了电子化物流发展的主要对策。E-Logistics is a new mode of logistics development,and it indicates the new era of modern logistics. This paper begins with analyzing the new definition of logistics abroad and domestic, gives the definition and features of e-Logistics,explores three modes of e-Logistics service hub,and puts forward four key solutions for the development of e-Logistics.
