摘　　要：描述了开关电器触头熔焊的物理本质,分析了触头熔焊的影响因素,例如触头弹跳特征、触头极性、触头材料性质(包括热力学性质、力学性质和冶金学特征等)、电弧能量和电弧效应等。在此基础上,提出了触头熔焊机理。The physical essence of contact welding of switch apparatus was described. The influence factors of the contact welding, such as contact bouncing, contact polarity, contact material property （including characteristics of thermodynamics , mechanics and metallurgy etc. ）, arc energy and arc effect etc. were analyzed. Based on said factors, the welding mechanism of the contact was proposed.
