大型开关电器试验监控系统的PLC程序设计

摘　　要：在基于PLC和上位计算机的大型开关电器试验监控系统中,PLC直接接受上位机的试验参数配置,执行具体的试验控制任务,讨论了PLC程序设计问题。PLC程序考虑了联锁保护、试验线路状况和故障等多种因素,实现了接通试验(C)、分断试验(O)和通断试验(CO)的周期性重复试验控制,同时还实现了O-CO-CO和CO-CO-CO两种特殊试验的程序控制。PLC程序按开关电器试验的试验类型进行模块化划分,便于修改,通用性好,同时也提高了程序运行的可靠性。给出了开关电器试验的试验结果。通过现场成功运行,试验结果表明该监控系统可靠性高、操作简单、界面友好。PLC and PC based monitoring and control system of a testing station of large-sized switched apparatus were presented. The emphasis was on the design of PLC program. Considering interlock and test circuit condition and error protect etc. , the PLC program has the capability in earrying out the testing control of on-test （ C ） , off-test （O） and on-off test （CO） repeatedly for switch apparatus, the special testing control of O-CO-CO and CO- CO-CO. The software of PLC was modularized and programmed as test type of switch apparatus, so it was easy to be modified. The test result shows that the monitoring control system has high reliability, simple operation, friendly interface and stronger flexibility by running successfully in the field. The field commissioning was passed successfully, and the experimental result showed that this monitoring control system possessed advantages of high reliability, easy operation, interface-friendly.
