摘　　要：结合尿素合成塔的结构和氦质谱仪系统特点,介绍了氦泄漏技术在其制造中的应用;确定了尿素合成塔的氦泄漏试验方法,并对其要点进行了阐述;提出了尿素合成塔检漏判据,保证了尿素合成塔检漏的顺利进行。This article introduced the application of helium leak detection for manufacturing urea tower. Testing progressing and methods for its main points were described especially according to the characteristicof helium - leak apparatus and structure of urea tower. At the same time, eligibility of criterion concerning the test was put forward, it assured that helium leak for urea synthesize tower worked smoothly.
