摘 要:通过微型电炉实验,研究了膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的酸碱性对其防火隔热性能的影响。结果表明:随着膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的酸性增强,其炭化体的膨胀速度和膨胀高度随之增加,防火隔热性能随之下降。当膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的碱性增加到一定程度时,其酸催化脱水剂、成炭剂和发气剂之间的协同作用发挥得最佳,使其形成具有较好隔热结构的炭化体,提高膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的防火隔热性能;当膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的碱性继续增加时,其炭化体的膨胀速度和膨胀高度随之下降,防火隔热性能也随之下降。The influence of pH value of dilatant fire retardant coatings for steel structure on its fireproofing performance is studied by using a micro electric furnance. It has shown that with increase of pH value of the coatings, the rate and height of dilatant carbonized layer increase while the fireproof and heat - insulating performance is going down. But when pH value increases to a certain level, the synergism of dehydration agent, carbonizer and gas release agent will help a heat - insulating carbonized layer, improving the heat - insulating performance of the coatings. But if the pH value continues increase, the rate and height of dilatant layer will decrease and causes the heat - insulating performance down.
