摘　　要：根据镀锌涂塑双层卷焊管生产工艺、预热过程的实际情况以及预热过程数学模型,提出了镀锌涂塑双层卷焊管预热过程综合自动控制方案和具有分级结构的模糊自适应控制方法。仿真结果和实际应用表明,采用该方案和方法能够满足镀锌涂塑双层卷焊管预热过程的工艺要求,并取得了良好的控制效果。According to the production technology of the plating Zinc and plastic double layers welded pipe,the actual conditions of the preheat process and the preheat process mathematical model,put forward Plating Zinc and plastic double layers welded pipe preheating process synthetical automatic control programme and the fuzzy adaptive control method that has hierarchical structure,simulation results and practical application show that by using that programme and that method can satisfy the technology require of the preheating process of the plating Zinc and plastic double layers welded pipe,and also can obtain well control effect.
