摘　　要：技术引进是我国缩短与先进国家差距的一条重要途径,而在实现技术引进到创新的中介——消化吸收工作中存在一些问题。为了充分发挥技术引进的后发优势,通过深入分析消化吸收工作不力的主、客观方面原因,提出了我国企业进行消化吸收系统模式,具有较强的目的性和可操作性。Technological introduction is an important approach by closing the gap of technology between advanced countries and my country, but there are some problems about the absorption from technological introduction to technological innovation. In order to play fully last-move advantages during technological introduction, A pattern of absorption-system is put forward after analyzing the subjective and objective causation about the weak absorption in my enterprises, it possesses the stronger intention and maneuverability.
