摘　　要：评述了目前网络信息服务的现状,提出了个性化服务是解决问题的有效途径。论述了个性化服务的内涵。The paper has expounded the current situation of the network information and presented personalized service is the effective approach to solve the contradiction. And then it elucidated the meaning of personalized service and gave the construction of personalized service system. Finally it pointed out the basic technique in application.
