摘　　要：阐述了现代城市文明建设需要图书馆充分发挥作用,图书馆必须以现代的服务理念即通过转变原有的、传统的服务观念,树立以人为本的管理模式,发挥馆员的主人翁作用,积极主动的参与现代城市文明的建设,并以个性化、深层次的服务创立图书馆的服务品牌,使图书馆在市场竞争中获得优势。This paper has elaborated that modem city civilization construction needs the library to play a active role, and the librarian must own the modem service idea by shitting the original and traditional idea, establish the management mode based on humanism, and exert the librarians＇ master function; take part in the modem city civilization construction actively. And create the library service characterized by.individuation and high-level so that make the libr＇ary gain the prior during market competition by a big margin.
