摘　　要：目的回顾性总结1096例肾活检的病理结果．并分析其类型。方法对2000年1月～2005年4月间1096例肾脏活检的病理类型进行统计和总结。结果IgA肾病284例．系膜增生性肾小球肾炎253例，特发性膜性肾病92例．特发性FSGS77例，硬化性肾炎66例，膜增生性肾炎41例，毛细血管内增生性肾炎15例．新月体肾炎7例，微小病变4例；狼疮性肾炎111例．紫癜性肾炎18例，糖尿病肾病11例，肾脏淀粉样变性9例．慢性间质性’肾炎25例．急性肾小管坏死21例．急性间质性肾炎7例．高血压肾病21例，血管炎、先兆子痫、Alport综合征及Goodpasture综合征各1例。20例移植肾有12例为急性排斥病变．8例为慢性移植肾病。结论原发性贤小球肾炎是最常见的肾小球疾病，原发性疾病主要以IgA肾病最为常见；继发性疾病仍以狼疮性肾炎为主。Objective To retrospectively summarize the renal pathological entities from 1 096 cases of renal biopsy. Methods 1096 cases of renal biopsy were done by Kidney Department of Southwest Hospital between January 2000 and April 2005. The renal pathological entities were summarized. Results There were 284 cases of IgA nephropathy, 253 cases of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, 92 cases of idiopathic membranous nephropathy, 77 cases of idiopathic FSGS, 66 cases of sclerosis nephritis. 41 cases of membranoproliferative nephritis, 15 cases of endocapillary proliferative glomerulonephritis, 7 cases of cresentic nephri tis. 4 cases of minimal change disease, 111 cases of lupus nephritis, 18 cases of purpuric nephritis, 11 cases of diabetic nephropathy, 9 cases of renal amyloidosis, 25 cases of chronic interstitial nephritis, 21 cases of acute tubular necrosis. 7 cases of acute interstitial nephritis, 21 cases of hypertensive nephropathy. 1 case of vasculitis, 1 case of preeclampsia, 1 case of Alport syndrome and 1 case of Goodpasture syndrome. Among 20 cases of transplanted kidney, 12 belonged to acute rejection and the otber 8 be longed to chronic allograft nephropathy. Conclusion Primary glomerulonephritis is the most common renal glomerular disease with lgA nephropathy occupying the largest part. Secondary nephropathy is mainly lupus nephritis.
