摘  要:目的探讨本所研制的新型升血小板因子在小鼠体内分布情况,明确其是否具有靶向性分布的特点。方法用同位素125I标记升血小板因子,经静脉注入小鼠体内后1、3、6、12、24和48h活杀动物,分别取血液、心、肝、脾、肺、肾、股骨等脏器,用自动γ计数仪进行放射性计数。结果静脉注射标记的因子后新型升血小板因子即由血液向骨髓分布,且随时间而渐次下降;各时相的组织间比较,组织的比放射性,都表现为主要在骨髓的含量较高。结论升血小板因子经静脉注入后在体内主要分布于骨髓,具有一定的靶向性分布特点。Objective To study the distribution characteristics of a new thrombopoietic factor in vivo in mice, Methods The new thrombopoietic factor was labeled with ^125I and intravenously injected into BALB c mice. At 1b. 3h. 6h. 12h. 24h and 48h after injection, the mice were killed to take blood, heart, liver, spleen, lung. kidney and femur and get the radiocounting respectively with radiating counter. Results The labeled new thrombopoietic factor diffused immediately from blood to marrow after i. v. this diffusion was observed decrease along with time. The concentration in marrow was the highest among kinds of organs at any time whether compared the activity ratio or the distribution percent. Conclusion The new thrombopoietic factor is distrihuted in marrow after i.v.that demonstrats it has the characteristic of targeting distribution.
