摘　　要：介绍了涂布白纸板生产的特点与应用AS39A中性施胶实现清洁生产的实践。结果表明,采用AS39A中性施胶剂,优化了造纸湿部化学,达到了从源头减少污染、节约原材料、清洁系统的目标。使造纸系统的浆块明显减少,断纸减少,清洗周期延长,产品一等品率提高1%～2%;在外观相同的情况下,涂布量可降低3g·m-2;造纸网下白水的COD、SS等指标下降30%以上。It was introduced that the characteristics of papermaking of white coated board, and the application of an novel wet end chemistry technology for clean production of coated paper board. It was showed that the wet end of papermaking was cleaned, the number of rotted pulp mass and broke was markedly decreased by 20%. the accepted rate of product was increased by 2%. coated color was saved by 3 grams per square meter. COD and SS of white water were decreased 30% or so.
