摘  要:目的总结2003-2005年《安徽省血吸虫病健康教育实施方案(试行)》在全省实施情况及其效果,为进一步修订方案提供依据。方法收集近3年来全省血防健康教育覆盖资料,了解工作开展情况,采用问卷调查的方法,调查不同人群血防知识掌握情况,并利用全省疫情监测点资料,了解健教工作开展前后人群血吸虫感染率下降情况。结果3年来,健康教育覆盖率不断提高,血防知识测试:2002年与2005年比较,学生合格率分别为82·80%和97·94%(P<0·01),差异有统计学意义;村民合格率分别为77·50%和95·98%(P<0·01),差异有统计学意义。监测点中一类村人群血吸虫感染率2002年和2005年比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论安徽省健康教育实施方案试行3年来,健康教育的广度和力度在不断加大,流行区居民血防知识、态度及行为有了很大程度的提高,不健康的行为得到了改善,人群感染率显著降低,其发挥的作用是积极有效的。Objective To summarize the implementation and to evaluatie the effect of health education for schistosomiasis control in Anhui Province from 2003 to 2005 so as to provide evidence for revising the project further. Method The data on implementation of health education were collected and analysed. The schistosomiasis control knowledge mastered by different persons were examined by questionnaire. The schistosomiasis infection rates before and after health education in surveillance village were evaluated. Result As compared with 2002, the coverage rate of health education was progressively improved from 2003 to 2005. The qualification rates of schistosomiasis control knowledge in 2002 and 2005 were 82.80% and 97.94% among students, and 77.50% and 95.98% among villagers (P 〈 0.01 ). As compared with 2002, the schistosomiasis infection rates have dropped remarkably in surveillance village in 2005 (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The results showed that after health education project, the knowledge and unhealthy behavior for schistosomiasis control of local people were improved and the schistosomiasis infection rate dropped.
