摘 要:目的:探索狭叶杜香挥发油的提取分离方法,为其进一步开发利用提供科学依据。方法:研究了超临界流体提取法(SFE)及水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)所得杜香挥发油的收率及组分变化,并采用GC-MS联用技术进行分析。结果:SD法收率为1.54%,SFE法收率为1.72%。从SFE法所提取的杜香挥发油中共鉴定出29种成分,从SD法所提取的杜香挥发油中共鉴定出25种成分,其中有23种成分为共有成分。结论:超临界流体提取法是提取杜香挥发油的理想方法。Objective: To explore the extraction and separation methods of the volatile oil of Ledum palustre , and provide scientific basis for further development and use. Methods: We compared the yield and component change of the volatile oil of Ledum palustre by supercritical - CO2 fluid extraction (SFE)and by steam distillation (SD)respectively , and the volatile oil has been analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC - MS. Results: The yield of SD and SFE was 1.54% and 1.72% respectively. The volatile oil of Ledum palustre extracted by SFE had been identified 29 components , and the volatile oil of Ledum palustre extracted by SD had been identified 25 components, in which 23 components were common ingredients. Conclusion: The results suggested that extraction of volatile oil from Ledum palustre by SF- CO2 is more satisfactory.
