原发性骨质疏松候选基因的研究进展

摘　　要：遗传学研究在骨质疏松病因学研究中的重要性日益为人们所关注。本文简要综述了近年来在骨质疏松病因学研究中的几个热点基因,以及对骨质疏松治疗及预防具有较好的应用前景的候选基因。The importance of genetics in the research of osteoporosis etiology is being tention increasingly. The article will summarize several important genes which are being paid great atvalued in the research of osteoporosis etiology and some candidate genes with better application prospect in the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.
