摘  要:萘和丙烯的异丙基化反应是连串反应,生成不同烷基化程度的异构体。其中,2,6-二异丙基萘(2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene,简称2,6-DIPN)是制备高分子单体2,6-萘二甲酸的前体。采用水汽脱铝丝光沸石(SDHM)进行萘的择形异丙基化反应合成2,6-DIPN,效果优于用盐酸脱铝得到的丝光沸石。综合考察了影响SDHM催化性能的主要因素,优化后的处理条件为:水汽脱铝温度450℃,通水汽时间1.5 h,灼烧温度450℃及灼烧时间6 h。同时考察了丝光沸石中Na2O含量对SDHM催化性能的影响,发现较低的Na2O含量有利于提高沸石的活性、选择性和进一步脱铝。Isopropylation of naphthalene with propylene is a series of reaction, which re.suits in a variety ot isomers with different alkylation levels. Among them 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene (2,6-DIPN) is the precursor of important monomer 2 ,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid. The shape-selective isopropylation of naphthalene were carried out in presence of steam dealuminated H-mordenite (SDHM),which was better than that by hydrochloric acid dealumination. The conditions for steam dealumination and calcination of SDHM were optimized, the main affecting factors on the catalytic activity of SDHM were investigated, the steaming temperature of 450 ℃ with steaming time of 1.5 h and the calcining temperature of 450 ℃ with calcining time 0- 6 h were more preferable. The influence of Na2O content in HM on the catalytic properties was also investigated. Low Na2O content was beneficial for improving the activity and the selectivity of mordenite, also the further dealumination.
