108例MB麻风初治MDT 24个月BI阴转分析

摘　　要：目的探讨MB麻风病人初治MDT 24个月细菌B I阴转变化情况。方法采用WHO推荐的MDT MB两年方案对新登记的108例MB患者进行疗前、疗中、疗后查菌对比。结果涂片查菌B I 24个月平均下降68.2%,完全阴转26例(24.07%),有82例(75.93%)在疗程结束时仍查菌阳性。结论采用MDT治疗麻风患者,能够在较短限期内改善临床症状,但要试图通过药物改变机体的排菌率以达到细菌快速阴转是不现实的。提示MB病人初治MDT MB两年方案后,仍需加强疗后监测至少5年,有条件时应采用MDTMB至临愈或施行监测加DDS单疗巩固,不应盲目判愈或停止监测。objective To confer the variation of transferring to negative of BI on treating 108 cases of leprosy MB for 24 months. Method To adopt the two -year recommendable treatment by WHO, 108 cases of leprosy MB were treaded for 24 months, of those cases, compare the variation of M. Leprace as treatment before, treating and treatment after. Result at the stage in the 24 months treatment, by smear,the BI of bacteria decreased 68.2% per month on average, at the end of the cause of treatment, 26 cases were transferred from positive to negative completely, and there were 82 caese whose M. 1 eprace were positive. Contlusion The patients with leprosy could better clinical symptom in the Short terms by MDT,but it is impossibility that the M. leprace of leprosy were be transfer from positive to negative in short terms by drug. Tt prompt that the patients with leprosy MB should be monitored strengthen 5 years at the least after treated by MDT for 24 moths. If there is a permissible condition,the patents of leprosy MB should be treaetd by MDT until close to cure or be monitored and be treated with single - handed drug to consolidate the curative effct after being treated for 24 months by MDT. So we couldn＇t judge the cure blindly or stop monitoring after treating the patients with Leprosy MB for 24 months by MDT.
