摘  要:通过对焦化污水处理过程影响因素的研究,优化了AAO污水处理工艺,对厌氧池进行了改造。使污泥的NO3-负荷减少,氨氮的反硝化率和COD的去除率显著提高。优选了混凝药剂,在混凝反应池增设了空气搅拌管,提高了悬浮物、色度等指标。实现了出水水质达标,使处理后污水可用于熄焦。Through study on the influencing factors in coking waste water treatment process, AAO waste water treatment process is optimized, the anaerobic tank has been modified. NO3^- load in sludge is reduced, denitrification rate of NH3- N and removal rate of COD are substantially increased. The chemicals for coagulation are optimized, in the coagulation reaction tank, the air agitating tube is additionally installed, the indexes of suspended solid and colourity are improved. The quality of effluent has been reached to the national standard, the treated waste water can be used for quenching.
