摘  要:[目的]寻求快速、准确、简便的鼠疫杆菌检测方法。[方法]分别建立鼠疫杆菌编码微球悬浮芯片检测方法和改良ELISA方法,并进行比较。[结果]悬浮芯片对F1抗原最低可以检测到840pg/ml,检测鼠疫杆菌到1×10^3cfu/ml;用改良ELISA法检测,对F1最低可以检测到53ng/ml,检测鼠疫杆菌到1×10^4cfu/ml。[结论]悬浮芯片检测比ELISA具有更高检测灵敏度,并且具有高效、快速、敏感、特异、低成本等优点。Objective To seek a rapid, accurate and convenient method for detecting Yersinia Pestis . Method Two different methods (coding microsphere suspension chips and modified ELISA ) to detect Yersinia Pestis were developed and these two methods were compared. Results Eight hundred and forty pg/ml F1 antigen and 1 *10^3cfu/ml Yersinia Pestis were detected by suspension chips and 53 ng/ml F1 antigen and 1×104 cfu/ml Yersinia Pestis were detected by modified ELISA. So the suspension chip had a better sensitivity than the modified ELISA. Conclusion The merits of coding microsphere suspension chip are efficient, rapid, specific, sensitive, lower cost and so on.
