摘  要:用25~65℃恒温水浴对黄瓜种子进行热击处理10~40min,结果表明,25℃处理30min到55℃处理30min,随着温度升高种子萌发率增大.黄瓜种子在55℃处理20min后,种子萌芽率显著升高,萌芽指数和活力指数增大,平均萌芽天数缩短,促进幼苗生长.The cucumber seeds were treated with heat shock under the water temperature from 25 to 65℃ for 10--40 minutes. The experimental results during 30 minutes' treatment with the temperature increase from 25℃ to 55℃, the germination rate of cucumber seeds also increased. If the seeds were treated for 20 minutes under a water temperature of 55℃, the germination rate would increase considerably, the indexes of germination and vigor would increase as well, with a decrease in the average period of germination and enhancement in the seedling growth.
