摘　　要：目的探讨肺舒胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)大鼠肺组织中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)表达的影响。方法将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、COPD模型组和肺舒胶囊治疗组各10只,取各组大鼠肺组织作MMP-9免疫组化染色,进行图像分析。结果模型组大鼠肺组织MMP-9免疫染色后的光密度值较对照组增大(P<0.05);而治疗组大鼠肺组织MMP-9的光密度值较模型组减小(P<0.05)。结论肺舒胶囊可降低COPD大鼠肺组织中MMP-9的表达。Objective To study the effect of Feishu capsule on expression ot matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9）in pulmonary tissue of rats following chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups： Control group （CG） ,model group（MG） and treatment group（TG）. The expression of MMP-9 in pulmonary tissue of rats was studied with immunohistochmical method,then the results were analyzed by image processing system. Result The optical density of MMP-9 in MG was greater than that of CG（ P 〈 0. 05）, and in TG, it was than that of MG. Conclusion Feishu capsule could decrease the expression of MMP-9 in pulmonary tissue of rats following COPD.
