摘  要:利用火焰原子吸收法直接测定样品中钙、钾、镉的含量,结果表明,六种生物制剂中钙和镉均以蚂蚁因子注射液含量最高,钾含量以转移因子注射液为多;胸腺肽注射液、骨髓因子注射液和脑细胞激活素注射液钙、钾、镉的含量最低。In direct determination of the contents of calcium, potassium and cadmium in samples with flame atomic absorption, the results show that of six biologicals the contents of calcium and cadmium are the highest in ant factor injection, the content of potassium is higher in transfer factor injection; while in thymic peptide injection, bone marrow factor injection and brain cell activation injection the contents of calcium, potassium and cadmium are the lowest.Thus, this provides helpful data for clinic doctors to properly use biologicals in the treatment of some diseases and metallic element deficiencies.
