摘 要:随着光纤光栅在光纤通信领域中应用范围的扩大,人们对它的要求也越来越高,许多应用场合要求光纤光栅能耐高温高压,且性能长期稳定。光敏光纤的机械可靠性随着使用长度的增加已经成为应用领域考核的关键指标之一。本文简要回顾了常规单模光纤机械可靠性相关领域的研究进展,基于常规光纤的标准测试方法,研究了高掺Ge型、Ge/B共掺型光敏光纤的机械可靠性。测试结果验证了我们的制备工艺未引入附加缺陷,所制备的光敏光纤具有接近常规单模光纤相同的机械可靠性。可以预见,通过对光敏性的不断深入了解,将会大大地促进光纤通信、光纤传感等领域的发展。With the expand of application of the fiber grating in the fiber communication area, the quality of fiber grating is required more higher. Many application situation request it should resist high temperature and high pressure, and also should be long period stability. The photosensitive fiber's mechanical reliability has become one of the most crucial performances with the increase of the use length. This paper review the research evolvement of the normal single mode fiber's mechanical reliability. Based on the standard measure method of the normal fiber, research on the mechanical reliability of the high Ge doped and Ge/B co-doped photosensitive fiber. The measurement results validate that our fabricate process does not import affixation defect, the mechanical reliability approach the normal single mode fiber's. It can be forecast that with the continuing deep understand of the photosensitive fiber, the fiber communication and fiber sensor would be greatly developed.
