摘　　要：本文介绍了一种汽车点火系统可靠性试验台。该试验台对汽车点火系统的可靠性试验能达到软控制,即在硬件不变化的情况下,经简单程序改编即可满足不同型号、不同规格的汽车进行可靠性试验的要求。且采用了交流变频调速,PC可编程序控制及PID比例微分、积分等技术,并有故障自动报警系统,是一种较为新型的使用方便、维修简单的试验台。This paper presents a new type of reliability test bed for automotive ignition system with soft-control function, i. e. it can meet the requirements of the test simply by adjusting the programme for vanous models of cars with different specifications without hardware changes. Many new techniques such as A. C. frequency-controlled governor, PC programmable control, PID control have been adopted and there is an automatic failure warning system in the test bed. It is a new type of reliability test bed for automotive ignition system with ease of use and maintenance.
