摘 要:研究了不同茂金属催化剂聚合的茂金属聚乙烯及不同齐聚-共聚催化剂聚合的茂金属支化聚乙烯的基本性能,结果表明:以齐聚-共聚催化剂体系的茂金属支化聚乙烯比以单、双茂金属催化剂的茂金属聚乙烯相对分子质量高、相对分子质量分布宽,拉伸性能优良。以不同配比齐聚-共聚催化剂聚合的茂金属支化聚乙烯的基本物性不同,当共聚/齐聚催化剂配比为8.72∶1时,基本性能和加工性能较好。开发的茂金属支化聚乙烯基本性能优于通用聚乙烯,而加工性能接近通用聚乙烯。应用试验表明,开发的茂金属支化聚乙烯可用于制造管材和大型中空容器。Basic properties of various polyethylene polymerized by metallocene catalysts and various branched polyethylene polymerized by oligomerization cocatalysts were researched, and the results show that metallocene branched polyethylene polymerized by oligomerization cocatalysts have high molecular weight, broad molecular weight distribution, and good tensile properties compared to metallocene--based polyethylenes prepared using mono--metallocene and bi-metallocene catalysts. Metallocene branched polyethylenes prepared by oligomerization catalysts at different ratio vary in physical properties, and the ratio of cocatalyst to oligomerization catalyst of 8.72 : 1 gives good physical properties and processing properties. Those metallocene branched polyethylene exceed all others in basic properties with processing properties being close to the general polyethylene. The application experiment data show that metallocene branched polyethylene prepared by the new method are applicable to tubing and large-scale hollow container.
