摘　　要：目的:根据威海市居民健康状况调查资料,评价不同收入水平农村居民卫生服务公平性。采用Gini系数和Lorenz曲线评价收入分配的公平性;集中指数、集中曲线、利用/需要比等指标描述卫生服务的公平性。结果显示不同收入水平人群健康分布存在不公平;低收入人群卫生服务需要的满足程度仍受到限制。According to survey materials on health status of residents in Weihai, we tried to assess equity of health service of rural residents with different income level. We used Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve to assess the equity of income and distribution, and used concentration index, concentration curve and ratio of utilization and need to describe the equity of health service. The results showed that there was inequity of health status of residents with different income levels. The needs of residents with low income on health service still could not completely meet.
