摘　　要：实现高质量不间断安全播出一直为各级领导所高度重视。本文通过对实际案例的分析与相关可靠性、安全播出等含义的思考,指出了片面地强调可靠性并依此为设计原则所导致的种种难题。提出了以高可用性原则指导系统架构设计更为合理的新观点,这样能更好地实现安全播出对系统可靠性和适用性等方面的诸多要求。并深入分析了以此理念贯穿始终的案例实践具体内容及其创新点,还探讨了新技术的发展趋势。Reliability is the most important technical index for transmission system. However, what is the exact meaning of reliability How to define reliability of a system Can we achieve the goal of secure transmission by using equipment of high reliability with its hot reserve Will the system complexity increased to improve reliability lead to any insecure factors The author had some deep thoughts and analysis on these questions. Through the investigation of a typical practical case, he raised a new viewpoint which is it's more reasonable to let high availability principle guide design of system architecture. It is hoped in he instrumental in building a secure transmission system.
