摘　　要：为了合理地开发利用和保护好海洋这一自然宝库,做到“趋利避害”,必须对海洋环境进行长期、连续、多要素、多维空间的综合监控。论文旨在介绍该海洋动力环境实时立体监控平台的设计思想、技术路线及系统功能设计等。For reasonably exploiting and protecting ocean-the natural treasury, gaining the benefit and avoiding the disserve, it is necessary to carry on long-term, continuous, multi-factor and multi-dimensional space ocean environment monitoring. This paper is to introduce the design thought, technique route and the system function of the real time three-dimensional ocean dynamic environmental monitoring system.
