摘　　要：利用叶绿素a色素标样对高效液相色谱(HPLC)系统进行校正,主要研究叶绿素a标样在不同的保存时间下对响应因子的影响,结果表明,随着保存时间的延长,标样的纯度有很大的变化,同时响应因子也有较大的变化,当得到的响应因子最小时,引起的相对偏差最大,为50.29%。In this paper, High Performance Liquid Chromatography （HPLC） system was corrected by standard sample of chlorophyll a, we study the effects which standard sample of chlorophyll a affect response factor at different store time. The result showed that purity of standard sample was changed with time, and response factor was also changed. When the response factor was minimum, the error was maximum. The largest error was 50.29 %.
