摘 要:提出了基于虚拟仪器技术的机械参量检测平台系统的硬软件结构模型,并对该系统中常见的机械参量的检测原理、检测方法、硬件配置进行了详细说明,同时给出了温度参量检测的程序设计实例,提出系统网络化实现途径。该系统简单易用、测试效率高、柔性强,同时可实现测试并行化,将大大提升现代机械参量的检测水平。Virtual instrument (VI) technique was introduced, the hardware and software structural model of machine parameters detecting platform system based on VI was put forward, and the testing principle, detecting way and hardware prepare of usual machine parameters in this system were described in detail, simultaneously the program design example of testing to temperature was given, the realization way of system n. htticing was bring forward. This system was simple and easy to use, its detecting efficiency was high, and its suppleness was better, at the same time it can be realized testing parallelization, all will largely upgrade the level of modem machine parameters testing.
