摘　　要：分析了机车走行部弹簧裂损的原因及裂纹位置,提出了超声波探伤方法,并介绍了缺陷波形判断方法、特点以及探伤检测时注意的问题。The reasons and crack positions are analyzed for the breakage of locomotive running gear springs. The ultrasonic detection method is proposed. Also given is the judgment method for the failure waveforms, characteristics and issues to be taken into considerations during detection.
