循环经济与生态湖北建设

摘　　要：湖北作为一个农业大省,其经济的跨越式发展已经进入高耗能、高污染的风险境地,因此,发展循环经济,建立生态湖北是湖北经济社会的重要发展战略。建立生态湖北就是要将湖北省建成一个具有生态学意义上的生态经济型的省级行政区域,即社会经济和生态环境协调发展、各个领域基本符合可持续发展要求、符合资源节约型社会要求的省级行政区域。Recycling economy is a kind of economic system that could recycle the discharges from production and daily life as a sort of resource instead of putting them back to nature without any treatment. As a great agricultural province, Hubei has been at a risk of serious pollution and energy-consumption for the sake of economic development. Therefore, to foster an Eco-Hubei by means of recycling economy would be a vital strategy for its economic development in the long run. An Eco- Hubel requires that Hubei province be a provincial district with Eco-consciousness. Under the circumstance, the economic development and the Eco-environment exist side by side, and the production in every field would be able to accord with the demands of sustaining dcvelopment and resource-thrlft world
