摘 要:从采自不同土壤中的豇豆(Vigna unguiculata)根瘤中分离、纯化并通过结瘤试验筛选出14株豇豆快生根瘤菌,将其和来自其他种属的6个参比菌株的耐盐性、耐酸碱性、天然抗药性、碳源与氮源利用和质粒图谱分析进行了系统比较,通过聚类分析得到供试菌株的数值分类树状图谱。结果表明,分离自不同土壤中的豇豆快生根瘤菌具有较大的多样性。在77%的相似水平上,快生豇豆根瘤菌与参比菌株分为4个亚群,亚群中部分菌株的相似性与分离的土壤有关,而6株参比菌株则分别独立形成两个亚群。Fourteen strains of fast-growing rhizobia were isolated and purified from different regions representing the typical vigna of China. These strains and six reference strains were comparatively studied by determining their biological characteristics including salt stress,acid-alkali endurance,resistance of intrinsic: antibiotics, utilization of carbon and nitrogen sources and plasmid profiles.The dendrogram was described by using cluster analyses, and the biodiversity of rhizobia isolated from vigna was shown. At the similarity of 77%, all strains could be divided into 4 subgroups. Similarities of some stains clustered into a subgroup were related with geographical sampling sites. And 6 reference strains clustered into two subgroups respectively.
