摘 要:基于结晶器温度和热流实测数据,采用反算法模拟了圆坯结晶器热流场,清楚显示出热流沿结晶器纵向和周向不均匀不对称分布特征.利用得出的热流场数据,拟合得到沿结晶器纵向、周向和铸坯间的热流公式,其中考虑了拉速和结晶器安装状态的影响,并与已发表的经验公式进行了对比.采用的反算模拟方法和拟合的热流公式有助于实现连铸结晶器热流的可视化,以及由于指导连铸过程中的热流分析和事故分析.Based on the measured data of mould temperatures and heat flux, an inverse problem of mathematic model was developed to calculate the field of heat flux for continuous casting round billet. The characteristics of non-uniform longitudinal and circumferential heat fluxes were shown explicitly. The calculated formulae of longitudinal and circumferential heat fluxes were obtained by fitting the calculated heat flux with considering the effect of casting speeds and mould installation statuses and were compared with the published experiential formulae. The inverse problem simulation and the fitted heat flux formulae are helpful for visualization of mould process and analysis of heat flux and accident in continuous casting round billet.
