摘　　要：中性粒细胞(PMN)是感染性奶牛乳腺炎的重要防御屏障。文章着重介绍了奶牛PMN在光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜下的形态特点,并叙述了PMN动力学和各类PMN的生长期、PMN生存期调节与发生奶牛乳腺炎之间的关系,最后提出奶牛PMN的研究方向。Migration of polymorphonuclear neutrophil leukocytes （PMN） into the mammary gland provide the first line of defense against invading mastitis pathogens. The features of morphology of bovine PMN were observed by optic microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The PMN granula dynamics and the life span of various PMN were disucssed. There is the relation between regulation of PMN life span and probability of bovine mastitis. In the end, future study directions of bovine PMN were proposed.
