摘  要:测定了A/Swine/Guangdong/1/01(H1N1)猪流感病毒的部分生物学特性;运用RT—PCR方法扩增其HA基因,并对其进行了克隆和序列分析。结果表明,该株病毒的EID50/0.2mL及TCID50/0.1mL分别为10^-2.3和10^-2.1,小鼠感染试验亦说明该病毒具有致病性。序列分析表明,HA基因全长为1701bp,与国内外流行株同源性达90.8%~99.0%。The biological character of A/Swine/GuangDong/1/01 (H1N1) SIV was studied in this article. The HA gene of SIV was amplified by RT-PCR, then cloned and sequenced to analysis. The result indicated that the EID50/0.2mL and the TCID50/0. 1mL of this sdrain virus were 10^-2.3 and 10^-2.1. The infected test with the rats showed that the virus was pathogentic. At the same time, the sequence analysis indicated that the total length of HA gene was 1702 bp and the homology with the virus in civil and abroad was 90.8% to 99%.
