体外循环中运用贺斯和佳乐施对肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨6%中分子羟乙基淀粉和4%琥珀明胶用于体外循环预充对患者肺功能的影响。方法选择40例瓣膜替换术患者随机分为贺斯组和佳乐施组,分别在术后6 h、12 h、18 h取动脉血测定血气,计算肺泡-动脉氧分压差[P(A-a)O2],记录术后呼吸机应用时间。结果比较两组呼吸机应用时间、术后肺泡-动脉氧分压差均无显著差异。结论体外循环中按本文方法应用贺斯和佳乐施对肺功能无明显影响。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of 6% hydroxyethyl starch（HES） and 4% succinylated gelatin（GEL） for priming on lung function in the operation with extracorporeal circulation. METHODS Forty patients undergoing valve replacement were divided randomly into two groups： Group HES and group GEL. P（ A -a）O2 were measured in the two groups at 6 hours,12 hours,18 hours after operation and record the using time of mechanical ventilator. RESULTS There were no significant differences in P（A -a）O2 and the using time of mechanical ventilator between two groups. CONCLUSION There is no significant effect on lung function of HES and GEL for priming in extracorporeal circulation.
