摘 要:目的探讨超声波多参数测量胎儿,产前诊断巨大胎儿的准确性。方法对2004年1月至2005年12月在我院住院分娩的2 652例新生儿进行了产前超声波多参数测量,总结对正确预测巨大胎儿的影响因素和应注意的问题。结果超声预测的262例巨大儿,出生后体重≥4 kg有219例,超声波未提示12例,预测符合率为79%。结论超声波多参数测量胎儿生长发育的方法直接,预测较准确。规范操作和测量可在产前正确估计胎儿体重,为预测巨大儿提供较可靠信息。Objective To discuss the accuracy of fetal measurements withultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of macrosomia. Methods 2652 neonates in our hospital from January in 2004 to December in 2005 were analyzed retrospectively, in which 262 cases were predicted as macrosomia with the results of obstetric sonography. The influencing factors and the problems that should be pay attention to in prediction were summarized. Results Two hundred and sixty two cases were predicted as macrosomia with the results of obstetric sonography, and 219 eases were confirmed after delivery. The accuracy was 79%. Conclusion Ultrasound measurement of fetus is direct and accurate, and if operating and measurement are right, accurate weight of the fetus could be provided to predict the risk of maerosomia.
