摘  要:目的探讨贵阳市区健康男性人群桡骨超声速率(SOS)的变化趋势,建立定量超声(QUS)诊断男性骨质疏松(OP)的参考数据库。方法采用横断面调查的方法,对974例健康男性,用sunlight omnisense 7000TM型超声骨密度仪测量其左侧桡骨远端的SOS。结果按每10岁划分年龄段,男性胫骨SOS的峰值出现在40-49岁年龄组,为(4090.7±102.5)m/s,在峰值出现之前SOS随增龄而增加,之后SOS随增龄而降低。桡骨SOS的多元线性回归方程为:[SOS= 2438.385-0.44643×年龄+9.74308×身高-3.95423×体重+9.9781×体重指数,(R2=0.638,P<0.05)]。男性桡骨SOS随年龄变化曲线的三次方程为[SOS=0.0023(年龄)3-0.4858(年龄)2+30.179(年龄)+3499.2,(R2=0.13,P< 0.05)]。结论贵阳市区不同年龄健康男性胫骨s0S随年龄变化而变化,桡骨SOS的测定能为男性OP的诊断提供一定的依据。Objective To cross-sectionally investigate the age-related variation of speed of ultrasound (SOS) at distal radius in men from Guiyang urban area in China, and to establish the reference database for diagnosing male osteoporosis (OP) by quantitative ultrasound(QUS). Methods A total of 974 healthy men were selected in this study, Speed of ultrasound (SOS) were measured in the far distal radius by quantitative ultrasound scan system( sunlight omnisense7000TM, Myriad, Isereal). Results Data were analyzed in age groups divided by intervals of every 10 years. Peak SOS at distal radius in men appeared in the 40 - 49 year group and was(4090.7± 102.5)m/s.The SOS value increased before the appearance of peak SOS and declined after peak SOS. The multiple linear regression equation of SOS at distal radius was [SOS = 2438.385 - 0.44643 × Age + 9.74308 × Height - 3.95423 × Weight + 9.9781 × BMI, (R^2 = 0. 638, P 〈 0.05 ) ]. The cubic equation of SOS change with age was [ SOS = 0. 0023 (Age) 3 - 0. 4858 (Age) 2 + 30.179 (Age) + 3499.2, ( R^2 = 0.13, P 〈 0.05) ]. Conclusion The SOS of healthy men at distal radius in Guiyang urban area changes with age. The measurement of SOS at tibia can give some useful evidences for the diagnosis of male OP.
