摘 要:目的寻求控制仔猪球虫病及大肠杆菌病的有效方法。方法选病猪40头,分注射球虫清缓释剂组(1组)、球菌清缓释剂组(2组)和拌料日常饲喂伯氨喹啉组(3组)、地克珠利+氟哌酸组(4组),投药后5、20、30、40、60d粪检查球虫卵囊、大肠杆菌,观察治愈率;选正常10日龄仔猪150头分5组,前4组分别按上述方法投药,第5组为空白对照,观察增重率、死亡率、节省防治费等。结果1组和2组5~60d,球虫病及大肠杆菌病的治愈率均为100%;3组和4组第5天治愈率均为0,20~60d治愈率为70%~100%。1组和2组比3组和4组及对照组增重率分别提高19.2%、21.5%、47.9%和33.9%、38.0%、39.9%;成活率分别提高10、8、20个百分点;注射组比口服组节省防治费1.4元。注射组单位增重的饲料消耗较口服组及对照组分别下降24.1%、26.5%、54.0%。推广应用该方法防治90.5万头仔猪,获得经济效益3649万元(增重效益、挽回死亡仔猪损失、减少饲料费和节省防治费)。结论球虫(菌)清缓释剂能安全、高效、经济、方便地控制仔猪球虫病及大肠杆菌病的发生,保护仔猪安全度过球虫病高危期。Objective To find a effective mthod to control coccidiosis and coliform bacteria infection of newborn pig. Methods (Ⅰ) 40 sick pigs were divided into 4 groups: group 1, injected with anticoccidia controlled-release medicament; group 2, injected with anticoccidia/bacteria controlled-release medicament; group 3, feed with primaquine; group 4, feed with diclazuril and Fupaisuan. After treatment for 5, 20, 30, 40, 60 days, excrements were used for the examinations of coccidia oogonium and coliform bacteria, and the cure rates were observed. (Ⅱ) 150 10-days healthy piglet were divided into 5 groups: group 1 to 4 were treated as in (Ⅰ); group 5, untreated control group. Changed in body weight, mortality and budget saving were measured. Results (1) In group 1 and 2, the cure rates of coccidiosis and coliform bacteria infection were all 100% from day 5 to day 60. In group 3 and 4, the cure rates of coccidiosis and coliform bacteria at day 5 was 0%, and from day 20-60 were 70%-100%. (2) The body weight increase in group 1 was 19.2%, 21.5% and 47.9% more than that in group 3, group 4 and control group, respectively. In group 2, the increase in body weight was 33.9%, 38.0% and 39.9% more than that in group 3, group 4 and the control group, respectively. The survival rate in group 1 and group 2 was 10%, 8% and 20% higher than that of group 3, group 4 and the control group, respectively. Injection treatment (group 1 and 2) could save 1.4 Yuan per piglet than other drug treatment. Feed consumption per body increase in group 1 and group 2 was decreased 24.1%, 26.5%, and 54.5% when compared to group 3, group 4 and control group, respectively. (3)Using anticoccidia controlled-release medicament and anticoccidia/ bacteria controlled-release medicament to prevent coccidiosis and coliform bacteria infection for 905,000 piglets could save 3.649 million Yuan.
