锦州市高危人群弓形虫感染情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解锦州市人群弓形虫感染情况,为预防控制提供科学依据。方法选择重点人群,采用ELISA进行弓形虫抗体IgM、IgG检测。结果共调查608人,人群弓形虫抗体阳性率10.03%,其中IgM阳性率5.42%,IgG阳性率4.59%。男性阳性率10.09%,女性阳性率10.06%,两者间无显著性差异。屠宰员和动物饲养员阳性率14.16%;婚前妇女、孕妇、妇科病人阳性率10.74%;招工体检人员阳性率7.21%;医护人员阳性率4.17%。养狗、猫等宠物的人群阳性率13.88%,不养宠物者阳性率6.61%,两者间有显著性差异。结论锦州市重点人群弓形虫感染的阳性率高于全国平均阳性率水平。以屠宰员和动物饲养员阳性率最高,其次为养狗、猫等宠物的人群,第三为婚前妇女、孕妇和妇科病人。养狗、猫等宠物的人群阳性率明显高于不养者。应加强弓形虫病防治知识的宣传,不食未煮熟的猪、牛、羊、兔、鸡肉,并引起有关部门的重视。Objective To investigate the Toxoplasma gondii infection in Jinzhou and provide scientific basis for controlling the disease. Methods Toxoplasma gondii IgM ＆ IgG were tested by ELISA in the high-risk population of Jinzhou. Results 608 individuals were surveyed. The positive rate of Toxoplasma gondii infection was 10.03%. Among that, IgM positive rate was 5.42%, and IgG positive rate was 4.59%. Positive rates of male and female were 10.09% and 10.06%, respectively. There is no significant difference between the two. Positive rate of unmarried women, pregnant women or gynaecological patients was 10.74%. Positive rates of butcher, pre-employ workers, medical staff, people with pets and people without pets were 14.16% ,7.21% ,4.17% ,13.88% ,and 6.61% ,respectively. Conclusion Toxoplasma gondii infection is serious in Jinzhou. The positive rate is higher than that of the national average. The infection rate of the butchers is the highest. People with pets have a second highest infection rate and is significantly higher than that of the people without pets. Therefore, we should strengthen the publicizing on how to prevent and control Toxoplasma gondii infection. Meanwhile, the government department should be aware of the current situation of Toxoplasma gondii infection in Jinzhou.
