脂微球前列腺素E_1治疗老年稳定性劳力型心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察脂微球前列腺素E1注射液治疗老年稳定性劳力型心绞痛(SAP)的疗效及不良反应。方法将127例老年SAP患者随机分为治疗组65例和对照组62例。两组患者除给予常规药物治疗外,治疗组尚加用凯时注射液10!g/日静滴,对照组加用丹参注射液20ml/日静滴,两组疗程均为3周。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后心电图改变、运动试验、Holter主要参数等指标及不良反应。结果治疗组临床疗效及心电图缺血改善分别为90.77%和83.08%,对照组分别为75.81%和61.29%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05和P<0.01);两组药物均能增加患者运动耐量,减少Holter心肌缺血发作频率及时间,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论凯时注射液对老年SAP具有肯定的治疗效果且副作用少。Objective To examine the clinical effects and adverse effects of lipo-prostaglandin E1 （Kaishi） in elderly patients with stable exertional angina pectoris （SAP）. Methods 127 elderly patients with SAP were randomly divided into treatment group （n=65） and control group （n=62）. In additional to the use of conventional drugs, patients in the treatment group were also injected with Kaishi （10 p,g iv. gtt. qd. for 3 weeks）, and the patients in the control group was injected with salivae miltiorrhiza （20 ml iv. gtt. qd for 3 weeks）. The clinical therapeutic effect,ECG,main indices of exercise test and Hoher and adverse effects were measured before and after treatment. Results Total effective rates of clinical therapeutic effect and ECG in the treatment group were 90.77% and 75.81%, respectively. The same parameters in the control group were 83.08% and 61.29% respectively. The above parameters in the patients of the treatment group were remarkably better than control group （P〈0.05 and P〈0.01 ）. The treatments were found to improve the exercise tolerance and reduce the frequency of myocardial ischemia. The response of patients in the treatment group had a better effect than the control group （P〈0.05）. Obvious adverse effects were not observed in these two groups of patients. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Kaishi in elderly patients with SAP was observed in this study. The side effects of Kaishi appear to be minimal.
