摘 要:目的比较金属钛和氧化锆作为耳道开放型半植入式助听器的传音管材料的生物相容性。方法将实验材料金属钛和氧化锆植入大鼠皮下组织,于术后不同时间取出包有实验材料的周围组织,常规制成石蜡切片,HE染色,定量计数实验材料周围组织的细胞数目并取中长期实验材料周围的组织进行扫描电镜观察,了解纤维的排列及巨噬细胞的浸润情况。结果两种实验材料在值入术后3 d 内的反应细胞均以嗜中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞为主,术后第7天嗜中性粒细胞已基本消退,取而代之的是纤维组织的增生,而且随时间的延长,纤维组织也更趋成熟。30、90、180 d 的标本扫描电镜检查进一步证实了该结果结论氧化锆和金属钛作为传音管植入生物材料均具有良好的相容性。Purpose To compare the biocompatibility of titanium and ziconium oxide which were used as the implanted materials of sound conducting pipes. Methods The meterial of titanium or ziconium oxide was implanted into the subcutanous tissue of rats respectively. The tissues surrounding the implanted material were dissected and examined by light microscopy 3,7,14,30,90 d after implantation. The tissues were also examined under a scanning electron microsocope, 30, 90,180 d after implantation. Results Three days after impantation, neutrophiles prodominated in the tissues of the two groups, which was different from the normal tissue in the control group. Seven days after implantation the neutrophiles were replaced by fibrous cells. These fibrous cells tended to grow up to maturity with increasing clays after implantation. The same results were obtained by scanning electron microscopy. Conclusion As the materials for manufacture of sound conducting pipes, titanium and zirconium oxide show good biocompatibility when they are implanted into tissue.
