摘  要:目的:评价致密氧化铝-羟基磷灰石人工骨与兔骨的生物相容性。方法:人工骨实验材料2004-12于瑞典斯德哥尔摩大学阿伦尼乌斯实验室烧结成形;动物实验于2005-03/12在宁夏医学院中医学院实验中心完成。①采用放电等离子烧结技术制备致密氧化铝-羟基磷灰石人工骨。②选健康家兔12只,分为2组,空白对照组和氧化铝/羟基磷灰石人工骨组,后者根据两种物质的体积分数又分为3个亚组。0.4/0.6组4只,植入氧化铝/羟基磷灰石为0.4/0.6材料;0.5/0.5组4只,植入氧化铝/羟基磷灰石为0.5/0.5材料;致密纯羟基磷灰石组4只,植入氧化铝/羟基磷灰石为0/1材料。上述3组均于右后肢植入相应人工骨材料;空白对照组取致密纯羟基磷灰石组左后肢4个肢体,只钻凿方形孔或钻圆形孔骨缺损,不植入实验材料。③术后1d,4,8,12周通过一般情况观察、大体解剖观察、CT摄片、扫描电镜观察人工骨与兔骨结合状况。结果:12只家兔均进入结果分析。①家兔术后一般情况:术后1周手术伤口全部愈合,伤口不肿,无分泌物,无窦道形成。②家兔骨缺损区及植入材料大体解剖观察结果:术后4周,植入3种材料与兔骨紧密结合,材料表面较多软/硬骨痂形成,骨膜覆盖。8,12周,材料被骨痂完全包埋,材料与宿主骨之间形成紧密结合层。术后各时期,材料周围软组织未见变性、坏死及包囊。③CT观察结果:术后12周,0.4/0.6组和0.5/0.5组,人工骨与骨皮质发生融合呈骨性连接,与人工骨结合处皮质增厚形成纺锤形。与纯羟基磷灰石组无明显区别。④扫描电镜观察结果:术后12周,取0.4/0.6组、0.5/0.5组氧化铝-羟基磷灰石材料与宿主骨已紧密结合无间隙存在,材料与骨质的界面呈现融合,与致密羟基磷灰石对照组比较无明显差别。结论:放电等离子技术烧结的氧化铝-羟基磷灰石人工骨有良好的生物相容性,可作为进一步研究的实验�ATM: To evaluate the biocompatibility between fully dense aluminum oxide hydroxyapatite (AO-HA) artificial bone and rabbit bone. METHODS: Artificial bone materials were prepared in Arrhenius Laboratory, Stockholm University by sintering; and the experiment was conducted in the experimental center of Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ningxia Medical College from March to December 2005. ①The fully dense AO-HA artificial bone was made by Spark Plasma Sintering technique. ②Twelve healthy rabbits were selected and divided into 2 groups: control group and AO-HA artificial bone group. The latter group was subdivided into 3 subgroups according to the volume fraction of the two matters: 0.4/0.6 group implanted 0.4/0.6 AO-HA materials; 0.5/0.5 group implanted 0.5/0.5 AO-HA materials and fully dense HA group implanted 0/1 AO-HA materials with 4 rabbits in each subgroup. All the artificial bone material was implanted into the right hind limbs of the 3 subgroups; 4 left limbs of the fully dense HA group was drilled bone defects with square or round holes not implanting any material, which served as the HA control group. ③Scanning electron microscope (SEM), CT and X-ray were applied after operation of 1 day, 4, 8 and 12 weeks, respectively to observe the general and gross conditions of integration between the artificial bone and rabbit bone. RESULTS: All the 12 rabbits were involved in the result analysis. ① General condition of rabbits after operation: One week after operation, the wound was healed without swelling; secretion and sinus tract.②Gross anatomic observation of defects and implanted material: After 4 weeks of operation, the 3 kinds of implanted materials were closely integrated with rabbit bone, and many soft/hard bone callus were found on the material surface covered with periost. After 8 and 12 weeks, materials were embedded by bone callus, the close conjugated layer was formed between material and host bone. No degeneration, necrosis or encyst was found in the surroun
