摘　　要：从城市整体发展和历史文化保护的角度分析了郑州老工业基地保护的战略意义,探讨了郑州老工业基地更新改造的功能定位,并选择国棉三厂、二砂集团、铁路专用线三个重点地段,就总体布局与空间形态两方面展开了概念性的城市设计研究。From the point view of the integrated city development and the historical cultural protection,the strategic significance for protection of the old industrial base in Zhengzhou has been analyzed and the functional orientation for the renovation of the base will be discussed. In this paper ,three key districts occupied by the 3rd State Cotton Textile Factory, 2nd Sand Group and special railway will be selected for the conceptual city design and research on the general layout and space form.
