摘　　要：西部地区能源系统时空效应及其协调发展,影响着中国社会经济的持续稳定发展。本文对西部能源系统发育的时间过程效应和空间组织变化进行分析评价。时间效应分析显示国家工业化过程对西部能源资源依赖程度加强的整体变化特征和国家经济发展对西部能源资源需求结构发生明显变化的发展趋势;空间效应分析则表明中国能源开发在西部的空间拓展进程。研究结果表明,尽管中国始终在致力于提高本国能源的自给水平,但是高速发展的社会经济却对西部有限的能源基础提出了越来越大的挑战。文章最后从时间过程合理演进和空间组织有序扩展两方面,提出西部地区能源系统协调发展的调控方法,以期为西部地区能源资源开发提供有益借鉴。The great impacts resulting from energy resources utilization bring more and more challenges to sustainable development. The development speed of a nation or a region depends greatly on the supply ability of energy. China, as the biggest developing country, has gained great achievements in socioeconomic development since the end of last century, which attributed to the country＇s powerful energy supply. However, as one of the biggest energy consumers in the world, China＇ s energy problem has caused the great concerns worldwide and become the great challenge to the country＇s economic development. The storage of energy resources in west China is very considerable. The total amount of energy resources in west China exceeds 615 000 million tons coal equivalent, roughly occupying two third of the nation＇s total. The storage of coal and natural gas takes up tree fifth of the nation＇s total. In the mean time,the synthesizing utilization of energy resources in west China is 44.3 percent of national average level .Therefore, development potential of energy resources in west China is still very huge. This paper analyzed the temporal and spatial effects of the evolution of energy system in west China. Temporal effect analysis revealed that, the process of national industrialization depends more and more on energy resources in west China, and the national energy structure has changed dramatically because of west China＇ s role. Spatial effect analysis revealed that space of China＇ s energy development had been expanded in west China. The findings suggested that high-speed economy development brings forward great challenges to the limited resources in west China though China had made great progress in national energy production. Furthermore, this paper elaborated the feasibility of compatible development of energy system based on both spatial and temporal effects.
