摘　　要：目的，建立同时测定呋麻滴鼻液中呋哺西林和盐酸麻黄碱的含量的方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法，检测波长为375nm和257nm．结果：盐酸麻黄碱在0．1～0．5mg·mL^-1范围内与吸收度值有良好的线性关系，由此可推出呋麻滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱的浓度C麻=1．1387（A257-0．819A375）-0．0001，平均回收率为100．23％，RSD为0．25％。结论：该法简便、灵敏、结果准确，可用于本制剂的含量测定和质量控制．Objective： To establish a method for simultaneous determination of nitrofural and ephedrine hydrochloride in nose drops. Methods： Ultravoilet spectrophotometry detection wavelength was 375nm and 257nm. Results： The calibration curves was linear in the range of 0. 1-0. 5 mg·mL^-1 for ephedrine hydrochloride, The average recovery was 100.23% （RSD = 0.250%）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, the quality of the nose drops can be controlled using the method.
