港台建立更紧密经贸关系的战略构想

摘　　要：港台建立更紧密经贸关系不仅具有重要的战略意义，而且存在可靠的法理依据，不仅符合WTO规范．而且具有国际实践上的可行性与现实的可能性。港台建立更紧密经贸关系要遵循WT0基本规则、平等互利与超越WT0谈判内容的原则，其内容不是固定的，主耍是赋予港台贸易和投资活动一定的优惠待遇和便利条件，以造就港台经贸交流的特殊环境和发展条件。The conception of building up closer economic relationship between Hong Kong and Taiwan has not only important strategic significance but legal basis, which confirms to the WTO regulations and has feasibilty in intgemational practice and practical possibility. The paper points out that the practice has to abide by the WTO basic rules and the principles of equality and mutual benefit,but it may allow to surpass the principle of the WTO palaver content which is not steadfast. Its main content is to endow with favourable treatment and convenient conditions so as to bring up special environment and development conditions for economic intercourse between Hong Kong and Taiwan.
